Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your Hometown Hoodie. If it's not the right fit or you're not happy with it, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, with tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
Exchanges and size swaps
Need a different size or city? Start a return for the item you have, and once it's approved we'll help you get the right one.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
