Processing time
Every Hometown Hoodie is prepared for you after you order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they ship. You'll get a confirmation email right after you order and a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping options (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 15–18 business days. Free on orders over $70, otherwise $8.00.
- Express Shipping: 8–14 business days. $15.00.
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can occasionally add a few days.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Wrong address or lost package
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help sort it out.
Shipping Protection
You can add Shipping Protection for $5.00 when you choose your bundle. If your protected order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will reship it or refund it in full, no questions asked. Orders without Shipping Protection are still covered if the carrier loses your package before it is marked delivered.
